Pre-Arrangements
Complexe Funéraire Mozart Desforges Inc. offers pre-arranged funeral services contracts. One advantage of pre-arrangements is that you can record you last wishes and ensure that they are respected.
The money you give us will be deposited in trust for your protection within 45 days. The financial institution selected by our complex will notify the person signing the Funeral Arrangements Agreement in writing within 30 days of receipt of the money to confirm that it has been deposited in trust as per the law. This law is enforced by the Office of Consumer Protection.
Complexe Funéraire Mozart Desforges Inc. agrees to maintain your choices. However, if for some reason there was a cancellation of the contract, you would be refunded in full. Do not hesitate to contact us for all your needs regarding pre-arrangements for funeral services.
